R. R. Plast Extrusion has a modern assembly and testing unit located at Asangaon, 80 kms from Mumbai. The facility is equipped with world class material handling system. This unit is spread over a land of 26000 sq. mts. with a built-up area of 6000 sq. mts. It has the capability to assemble and test 8-10 extrusion machines per month.

We have a commercial office and store at Andheri, Mumbai. A dedicated design and development department helps us in customization of machines as per the customer's needs. Further, inspection of individual parts is carried out here as well as the vendor’s site at the manufacturing stage itself.

Quality Testing
Strict quality control of all incoming parts at R. R. Plast is a standard procedure. Before delivery every machine is tested on our premises at Asangaon either in a full wet-test with material or at least in components. As a result it reduces the erection time at the customer site and significantly reduces risk of a delayed start-up.
